Stored Chemical Inventory Tool
The Stored Chemical Inventory Tool enables the creation of an inventory of stored chemical products and the quantities stored. Relevant hazard and Dangerous Goods information is automatically added to the register from Store Manifest's comprehensive database of products, which contains detailed information about most commonly used agricultural and veterinary chemicals.
In the unlikely event that a product is not in the Store Manifest database, the necessary information can be manually added.
Reconciliation tool
The reconciliation tool provides the facility to record the movement of chemicals to and from storage areas with the ability to record the identity of the person who removed or added to the chemicals in storage and the time at which this was done.
Peak hazard manifests
The application automatically creates peak hazard manifests for stored chemicals, forming the basis of emergency services manifests as required by the ASCC guidelines. It provides two types of manifests - General and Agricultural (fully compliant with Agsafe requirements)
A Peak Hazard Manifest also assists in determining the need for the licensing of the Storage Area and establishes the applicability of legislation, regulations or Australian Standards to the Storage Area.
Risk Assessment
Ability to assess risk for all stored dangerous and hazardous chemicals.
Product Shipping Documentation Tool
The Product Shipping Documentation Tool facilitates the rapid creation of fully compliant shipping documents with the ability to include of MSDS for the products being shipped. The amounts of all shipped chemicals are automatically subtracted from the quantity of the products stored in the storage area.
Placarding
Ability to automatically create placards for any stored chemicals.
Mapping Tool
The Store Manifest Mapping Tool maps the locations of chemical storage areas and can electronically provide such maps to emergency services in the case of an emergency.
Label and MSDS Library
Store Manifest's library enables the viewing, downloading, e-mailing and printing of labels and MSDS for all products stored in your storage areas, as well as all other chemical products in the Store Manifest database. The database is updated every month with up to 2000 new MSDS and labels.
Notification of MSDS Changes
Store Manifest's notification service provides a monthly e-mail of all changes to MSDS in the database. The service automatically reports any changes to any information on products already listed in your product register.
Reporting
The system enables easy creation of comprehensive reports of user data, with the ability to generate compliance documentation.
Multiple Stores & Storage Area Management
Some subscription options enable the management of multiple storage areas and/or stores from a single Store Manifest account. This feature makes the application suitable for organisations managing a number of locations from a single point.
